Salmon roe

Salmon roe is roe of the absolute highest quality. The eggs are two-three times larger than trout roe, and are very commonly used in Sushi-restaurants due to visual quality. 

The taste is more subtle and complex than that of any other kind of roe. Compared to the usual lumpfish roe both the salmon roe
and the trout roe are a taste sensation to be experienced!

At SOF, we only work with salmon roe from Alaska, which is of the highest quality and never disappoints. The most popular roe comes from the Chum salmon also called Keta. Besides this, we can also offer roe from King and Pink.
